Terms and Conditions for Raver's Consignment Hub

By registering as a seller or making a purchase on Raver's Consignment Hub (the "Platform"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Seller Terms:
Registration: To become a seller on our Platform, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Item Listing: When listing an item for sale, you agree to:
Provide a detailed and accurate description of the item.
Include clear and representative photos of the item.
State whether you want your name listed with the product.
Pricing: When pricing your items, please consider our 3% fee, which covers shipping costs once the item is sold.
Item Availability: Items listed for sale will remain on our Platform until sold, or until you notify us that the item has been sold elsewhere.
Notifications: If your item is sold on our Platform, you will receive a notification of the sale, along with a packing slip for shipping the item to the buyer.
Shipping: As a seller, you are responsible for shipping the sold item to the buyer in a timely and professional manner. We expect the item to be mailed within 48 hours of recieving the shipping label to your email. You are to print/scan and the product must be mailed in packaging approved by USPS.
Payout: We will track the delivery of your item, and once it is received by the buyer, we will process your payout via PayPal or a provided payment link.
Buyer Terms:
Purchasing: As a buyer, you agree to pay the listed price for an item, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Returns: Buyers are encouraged to read item descriptions and view photos carefully before making a purchase. Sellers may have their own return policies, so it's essential to review them before buying.
General Terms:
Prohibited Items: The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items, as well as any items that infringe on intellectual property rights, is strictly prohibited on our Platform. Sellers found violating this rule may be subject to account suspension or removal.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.
User Conduct: All users of our Platform are expected to treat each other with respect and follow ethical and legal practices.
Termination: Raver's Consignment Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms and conditions.
Modification of Terms: We may update these terms and conditions at any time. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
